Stacy Simera is a master’s level independently licensed social worker with supervisory designation. Stacy provides therapy to children, adolescents, and adults who are facing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, relationship issues, and life event adjustments. In addition to her work at Kent Psychological Associates, Stacy teaches at the graduate school level, facilitates a mood management group at the Oak Clinic for Multiple Sclerosis, conducts continuing education workshops across the state for other professionals, serves as Chair of the Sleep Committee for the Ohio Adolescent Health Partnership, serves as Communications Director for the national non-profit Start School Later, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Ohio chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. She has also completed Level 1 Training in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy.
