Answering Service

Kent Psychological Associates

(Answering service will take your information for one of our clinicians to call you back.)

We continue to offer both telehealth and in-person services.  Please talk with your clinician or our administrative staff if you have questions about which services are right for you.

Please read the information below about our COVID safety policy.

We serve immunocompromised and young child populations who are unable to be vaccinated and/or are at high risk of complications from COVID 19 infection.  We also follow the evolving CDC guidance for health care facilities on use of masks in an outpatient setting. For these reasons, masks that fully cover the mouth and nose are still required in our waiting room, reception area, and other public areas of the building.  This applies to all individuals over the age of 3, regardless of vaccination status. Once you are in your clinician’s individual office, the use of masks is optional with mutual agreement between provider and client. This means masks are required for your initial visit so that a discussion can occur between clinician and client before a decision is made based on each unique situation.

To maintain social distancing in our small space, only the scheduled client and other individuals who will be directly involved in the scheduled appointment or need to provide transportation may accompany the client.  Please do not bring additional family members or friends to wait in the waiting room during the client’s appointment.

If you are unable to follow the above policies or are uncomfortable coming into the office, we do continue to offer appointments via telehealth.  Please talk with your clinician about your unique situation.

Questions or to schedule an appointment, please call 330-673-5812.
