Julia Judice

Julia Judice, LPCC, LCMHC, ASDCS has been practicing as a mental health counselor since 2016. Julia specializes in working with adolescents, teens, and parents who experience anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, relationship challenges, and trauma symptoms. She approaches therapy through a neurodiversity-affirming attachment and trauma-focused lens. She loves to collaborate with clients as they learn to identify, express, and meet their needs in a way that fosters self-acceptance, security, and connection. She values authenticity and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship, and her goal is to help folks celebrate and strengthen the innate skills they have within them. She incorporates a variety of evidence-based modalities depending on her clients’ needs, including trauma and attachment-focused therapy, IFS, and EMDR therapy. Throughout the therapeutic process, Julia will work with you to create goals that integrate your values, your voice, and your needs. She wholeheartedly believes that we are all human beings simply doing our best to feel safe and connected, and that her role as a therapist is to offer folks the opportunity to learn how to do so in a way that honors their unique needs.
