Brent Beiling

Hello! I'm Brent, a Licensed Professional Counselor who understands that life can get hard and sometimes it helps to find a deeper understanding of who you are. The past doesn't have to control your choices, and you can begin to restore hope into your life. We can begin to take back control and stop stress from driving your choices. We all face challenges in life and therapy offers a space where you can process and learn how to grow as a person through your own personal journey of reflection. We all have the ability to understand who we are at the core and therapy helps us focus on what we can control. We build small choices that can lead to big differences in your life.

I offer non-judgmental and relaxed space. I believe in working together as a team to accomplish your personal goals for your own quality world where you can learn to make healthy choices and control your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I have worked with people from all walks of life including children, adolescents and adults. My educational background is from a private Christian graduate program, but I am open to all cultures sharing a common goal of personal wellness.  No matter what background you come from or what you have been through, I believe in creating a space of self-empowerment, understanding, responsibility, and compassion.

Even though I enjoy getting to know and serving as many people as I can, some specialty areas that I have based on education, experience, supervision, and continued education include teens who struggle with mood disorders/suicidal thoughts ages 13-18, young adults struggling with ADHD/OCD ages 19-26, and adults who struggle with complex PTSD and survivors of narcissistic abuse ages 27-40. I utilize a trauma informed approach and integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

If you are nervous about starting therapy, I understand, that is a completely normal response, if you feel comfortable, we can schedule a free 10-minute phone call so you can talk with me, and we can help you ease into the process of therapy.
