You’ve made it! Today is the last day of your challenge. Relationships, like our personhood, are always changing and require constant evaluation.

We will encounter many different challenges in our lives that affect who we are as a person… and as a couple.

It is important to keep this in perspective and to go back to the core of who you are and who you want to be in the various roles you hold in your life.

Keeping our core values and dreams in mind when we are struggling through life, be it with our relationships or in other areas, will keep you grounded in how to best manage such situations.

Being true to your purpose and meaning as a couple, will help to always bring you back to what really matters.

Your final task. Ponder these questions – take some time with these and share with your partner.

“Am I living according to the expectations and dreams of others, or of my own? How do I distinguish them from one another?”

“What situations do I avoid? What does this evasion say about my previous experiences or beliefs?”

“If this was my last day, would I be satisfied with my life? What would I have done differently?”

“What did I learn most about myself, my partner, and our relationship over the past thirty days?”

And finally, “How do I hope to implement these skills daily into our relationship?”

Now, go have this very meaningful conversation with your partner.
