Employee Assistance Program Counseling

Your workplace benefits may include EAP services. EAPs are intended to help employees and their families deal with personal problems that might be impacting their job performance, health, or overall wellbeing. EAPs generally include short-term, solution-focused counseling and are at no-cost to the employee. If further treatment is needed, the counselor will make a referral to appropriate services. Sometimes, supervisors may also refer employees to an EAP evaluation based upon unacceptable performance or conduct issues on the job.
